  • The above package can be booked/ hold on payment of token amount, which is 40% of the total amount for booking.
  • The client should deposit another 40% amount one & half month before the date of travelling.
  • This balance of 20% must be completed prior to 15 days before the date of travelling.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are done prior to 30 days of the start date of the trip, the cancellation fees charged will be 30 % of the Total Package Cost.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 7-10 days before the start date of the trip, cancellation fees charged will be 85% of the Total Package cost.
  • In case the cancellation of 6 days prior or last minute booking is due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and due to technical/ weather and high tides and sea conditions, there would be a deduction of 100% cancellation charge from the total booking amount.
  • Activities may be cancelled at any point of time due to unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions. In such cases, we will provide an alternate feasible activity to the best of our abilities. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
